Shipping rates:

  • All shipping prices are automatically calculated depending of the weight of goods and the destination country.
  • If you want a steady supply of products or a batch, please contact us using the form in the help page and see what we can do to reduce your shipping costs.
  • Shipping time show in the "Important Information in checkout " and the time of purchase and in your e-mail, shows an approximate date and may be higher or lower depending of the postal service in your country.
  • Normally the order will be processed in the next 24-48 h
    Some products can delay the order 72h or more days because we don't have immediate stock. Normally for this products we have a warning on the description.
    In any case we'll notified you (by e-mail) with the estimated time.

    The time of receipt for a "Economic" shipping depends of the destination country:
    Japan, Korea, China: normally 3 to 8 days.
    Rest of the World (Under 2Kg): normally 7 to 18 days.
    Rest of the World (Over 2Kg): normally 1 to 3 months.
    *Shipment insurance against loss (Over 2Kg Only)

    The time of receipt for a "Normal" shipping depends of the destination country:
    Japan, Korea, China: normally 2 to 6 days.
    Rest of the World: normally 7 a 15 days.

    The time of receipt for an "EMS" shipping depends of the destination country:
    Japan, Korea, China: normally 1 to 4 days.
    Rest of the World: normally 2 to 5 days.

    Also, if you order along with a pre-order, the order will be shipped on the date when the order is ready. Be careful. Anyway, contact us if you want to split your order.

  • Can't buy?: Try deleting your browser cookies, close and open the browser. If you are registered user, close your session and join again.
  • Why the amount of some products is different from what I selected?: There may be no stock available for the product that you put in the cart, or another user has purchased all stock of the product before you finish your order. Try to buy the product as soon as possible to avoid such problems. With credit card payment products will be reserved immediately upon payment.
